Telesat is committed to removing barriers to accessibility and providing unsurpassed customer service. We welcome input to improve the accessibility of our services and offer a variety of ways for you to provide feedback. Please include your name, contact information and any questions or suggestions and a Telesat representative will respond within 5 business days.  You may also submit your feedback anonymously via the online form or telephone.

When contacting Telesat, you agree to the collection, use and storage of your personal information provided to us for the purpose of responding to you and improving our services. Your personal information remains confidential unless you consent to the disclosure of your personal information.
