In accordance with the amended and restated limited partnership agreement of Telesat Partnership LP, holders of partnership units are entitled to exchange their partnership units for the corresponding class of Telesat Corporation shares as of May 19, 2022.

In order to exchange your partnership units, you must complete an exchange notice and deliver the notice to Computershare Trust Company for processing (Computershare Trust Company is the transfer agent for both Telesat Partnership LP and Telesat Corporation).
